Shipping Policy

Made-to-order jewellery
Every Winsa Gems piece is crafted to order for you. Please allow 3–4 weeks for your jewellery to be made and dispatched. Once your piece is ready, we'll send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking details.

UK delivery
All UK orders are sent fully insured and signed for.

International delivery
All international orders are sent fully insured and signed for. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Customs processing may also cause delays outside our control.

Tracking and signature
All orders are sent with tracking, and a signature is required on delivery. If you won't be home, we recommend choosing a delivery address where someone can sign for your parcel.

Delays
While we always aim to meet these timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, sourcing of specific stones, or carrier disruption. If there's any delay to your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.
